What We Do

Our signature work begins with authentic military fatigues. Customers often send in uniforms from active-duty service members, veterans, family members, or loved ones they want to honor. We incorporate the soldier's name tape, rank, branch, or any meaningful patch directly into the design. The result is a head cover that carries history, pride, and identity.
Custom Fabric Head Covers
Anything goes. If you have a fabric with personal meaning — a jacket, blanket, shirt, sports jersey, or unique textile — we can turn it into a head cover. If the material isn't something we can purchase, simply mail it to us and we'll take care of the rest.
Ready-Made Designs
Not everyone has fabric to send in, and that's okay. HackSmith also offers a rotating selection of in-stock custom head covers, each designed with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail as our personalized builds.
